The first audition step is to let us know what kind of influencer you currently are and what kind you would ideally like to be. To do this, just click on "Register Now" on the home page. From there you will take a fun assessment that has been created specifically to pinpoint your influence (seller) style. The characteristics, strengths and areas for improvement for your Seller Style will be detailed in a Feedback Report that is available for you online after you complete the assessment.

Earn Bonus Points To Become A Finalist
The top online applicants will be chosen to compete in a 1 day, live audition that will air online as a webisode. You can make sure you're one of those top applicants by racking up as many bonus points as possible. You earn online Bonus Points by: creating a custom profile, uploading pictures, uploading your resume, sending out invitations, providing references and writing an influence essay. There's also Hot or Shot – an easy and fun way to collect Bonus Points. All you have to do is submit your best influence tactics and vote on Hot or Shot entries submitted by other contestants. It's all spelled out for you once you register.

Top Scorers Earn A Live Audition
As one of the top applicants, you will be invited to the 1 day audition. As part of the audition process you will learn advanced influence and sales techniques which you will then put to use in the individual and group competitions. Before each competition, you will be coached in how effectively you are using the tools and skills you have just learned, so that you can give your absolute best influence performance. As an added bonus, you will also get to participate in a board-breaking experience (don't worry, we'll show you how!).

There Can Be Only One Ultimate Perfomer
Approximately ten finalists are chosen based on the results of the live audition. The finalists will receive Star Makeovers and go on to compete in 3 competitions to be held over 3 weekends, not to interfere with the professional work week. As a finalist you could win a new car lease, resort trips, cash and a new Harley! Judges will evaluate your influence effectiveness during the competition. As a contestant, you will be evaluated on: how well you incorporate the tools you have just learned, voice quality, presentation, message delivery and successful conversion.
