Email, not from the bonus points, though...email from college database.

Briefly describe how this program has changed you both professionally and personally?
I am so much stronger mentally. My mind is constantly assessing whether or not the choices I make are benefiting me and who I am influencing by what I say. It has most definitely been positive.

What would you like others to understand about Envision U and the Are You Up Challenge?
It's not a scam! : ) haha, that's what I originally thought in March when I got the email. I think because Envision U advertised this as a sales challenge it got an apprentice sort of rep. I think that it is MUCH more than sales and it wasn't advertised as hard work and life changing. It just seemed like I would sell things...not challenge myself.

What is the single most valuable piece of information that you have gained from your participation in the Challenge?
YOU, me, are in control of every aspect in life. You decide whether to be happy or sad and you decide how to live your life. It is so easy to pass the torch and blame others, but it is crucial to remember that you are in control of everything...if you don't like it...you have the power to change it.

What would you tell someone who is considering signing up for the next iteration of Are You Up?
Be ready to become a better person and cherish EVERY moment of the show. It's incredible and I would recommend it to anyone.
