I don't belong to an organization, except church. Faith Clininc COGIC in Detroit.
How did you first hear of the "Are You Up" Challenge?
Job searching on the internet and heard the radio commercial. It was 2 days before deadline.
Briefly describe how this program has changed you both professionally and personally?
The program is physically giving me a mental and psychological workout. Envision-U has shown me that I can have it both, professional and personal happiness. And it feels spectacular.

What is the single most valuable piece of information that you have gained from your participation in the Challenge?
Be proactive not reactive...I'm blessed to understand how the brain functions in regards to new ideas and change. Consciously and unconsciously.
