What special interests do you have?
I love to golf. I love any sport my children participate in. I love being involved and volunteering at my children's school.

Briefly describe how this program has changed you both professionally and personally?
It has certainly made me be accountable for my bad habits and the poor choices I have made in every area of my life. It has showed me that I have complete power to change every aspect of my life and make it the exact life I want to live.

What would you like others to understand about Envision U and the Are You Up Challenge?
That it is a wonderful program and if you stick with it you can change your life and make it the exact life you want to lead. Every one involved with Envision U is completely dedicated to helping you achieve the exact life you want to live.

What is the single most valuable piece of information that you have gained from your participation in the Challenge?
That I have complete power to change my life. I am in control of making my life the life I will live, not the life I will always dream about.

What would you tell someone who is considering signing up for the next iteration of Are You Up?
That it is an amazing experience. I would tell them that even though it is a competition, there is so much more to gain form this experience and although everyone wants to win, just enjoy the benefits of this life changing experience. There are so many valuable tools to gain if you want to make lasting changes in your life. Take total advantage of all the expertise that everyone involved with this show has to offer and if you really set your mind to it, you will be amazed at what you alone can accomplish for yourself and your life. It is an eye opening experience!!!
