He guides them through improving their speaking skills and ability to influence, as well as their singing voices. The finalist then move on to the Somerset Collection for their star makeovers! Stylist Vicki Howard dresses the cast for success, while Bashar and the staff of HB Salon transforms their hair and make up.

The wait is over! The first complete webcast has been released, and is available for viewing. See the top points earners compete in a series of four different challenges and the top semi-finalists appear one-on-one in front of the judging panel to test their sales & influence skills.

Star Makeover: Detroit, Michigan.
Finalists will receive Voice of Influence training from Roger Love. The contestants will also get a style makeover which includes new clothes and professional grooming. Each contestant will demonstrate his or her new skills by competing head to head in front of a live studio audience.

Finalist competition: Detroit, Michigan.
Finalists will apply all of their training and knowledge in a fast paced, entertaining and fun sales competition.

Extreme Challenge - Firefighting: Detroit, Michigan.
Ten finalists will compete in an intense competition designed to unveil their ability to influence others UNDER FIRE.

Live audition: Detroit, Michigan.
Contestants will receive world class training from Ultimate Performer Sales Challenge creator, Rod Hairston and voice coach to the stars, Roger Love. The contestants will compete in various events testing their ability to influence. At the end of the day, 10 finalists will be selected to battle it out for the title of 2007 Detroit Ultimate Performer Champion.

Top contestants are chosen to compete in the opening audition.
